The Utah Taxpayers Association annually issues legislative scorecards to its members and the public. The scorecards rates Utah’s 104 legislators on key taxpayer related bills.

The Friend of the Taxpayer designation is given each year to senators and representatives that score 90% or better on the Utah Taxpayers Association Scorecard.
