Association President: Mr. Howard StephensonMr. Howard Stephenson has been with the Association since 1977. He began as the research analyst and later assumed the role of president. His background is in Public Administration in which he received his Masters of Public Administration from Brigham Young University. He is concurrently serving as state senator and resides in Draper, Utah. To promote efficiency and effectiveness in government Mr. Stephenson authors articles within Salt Lake’s Enterprise business newspaper. |

Association Research Analyst: Ms. Jacquelyn EvansMs. Jacquelyn Evans brings a unique set of political skills and campaign experience to the Taxpayers Association, having previously served as a congressional campaign manager in Nebraska and a grassroots field coordinator in California. In her spare time she is a coach for the University of Utah debate team.

Executive Secretary: Mr. Tyler PaceMr. Pace joins the Utah Taxpayers Association from previous positions with the National Taxpayers Union Foundation and as an entrepreneurial consultant for the Rollins Center for e-Business at Brigham Young University. He earned his bachelor degree in Political Science at Brigham Young University. He enjoys photography, writing and cycling. |
