TO: Members in Park City.

RE: Proposed $10 million general obligation bond.

Park City officials are asking voters to approve a $10 million general obligation bond for the purpose of acquiring and preserving open space. The estimated impact of the tax increase on a $100,000 property would be $15.85 for primary residences and $28.82 for commercial property.

Voters approved a similar proposal in1998.

Your Taxpayers Association urges you to evaluate the proposal for acquiring open space and determine whether you are willing to fund the proposed $10 million project. The Association encourages you to voice your opinion by voting during the November 5 general elections.

Please make copies of this Tax Alert and distribute them to other residents of Park City.

Please vote in the November 5th election.
